Steps to Prepare for Math Rocks Live
1. Pick Your Date and Time
• Head over to our Booking Page to select the date and time for your concert.
• Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a quote.
2. Finalize Payment
• Payment is due no later than 30 days after the concert.
• Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash, checks, and purchase orders.
• Send all purchase order requests and checks to mathrocksthefacts@gmail.com no later than 30 days before the concert.
3. Submit Required Documentation
• If your school requires an I-9 form, please email it to mathrocksthefacts@gmail.com.

• Band Arrival: The band will arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour before showtime for setup.
